Note Lab isn't just for those interested in learning about Mortgage Note investing. Note Lab is also a working group where Wholesalers and RE investors can learn how to use Notes in their creative financing and structure Notes to create a win/win situation for both seller and buyer.
Bring deals you're working on and during the working session of the Note Lab meeting we'll break down the deal together and develop a note structure that can be used on an LOI.
We'll also address the differences and possible advantages of being note holder rather than a landlord.
Each meeting will begin with a brief overview of Notes and the note market, how to use the financial calculator and execute financial and cash flow calculations. Note Lab will be Q&A and discussion heavy.
The prerequisite for anyone that desires to make the Note Lab a part of their regular MNREIA meeting is to bring a pen/pencil, a legal pad and a charged phone. Because we will be using those and the best way to learn is by doing.
